Our signature sauce is Scotch Bonnet and Mango Hot Sauce

Homemade and produced in small batches to ensure quality.​ The hot sauce is suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients: Mango Pulp 53%  (mangoes 95%, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), Scotch Bonnet Pepper 12%, Water, Apple Cider Vinegar, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Mustard Seed, Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander.
